Our Story

Big Space is part of the Ne-Lo Group - founded by Executive Creative Director, Kieran Antill and Coaching Psychologist, Ross Hastings. It was named after their daughters (Neve & Lottie) to establish family values at it’s core.

Ne-Lo is a Management Consultancy that specialises in facilitating strategic decision making informed by customer and employee insights - to focus companies on what matters most to those who matter most to them.

Big Space is a Brand Agency that delivers business value through the medium of creativity - to build confident brands that achieve sustainable growth in the modern world.

Kieran Antill

Co-Founder
/ Director of Brand
Kieran is the co-founder of the Ne-Lo Group. He leads the brand agency – Big Space. Helping business build the systems required to develop, measure and drive the value of their brand. His eMBA thesis (Berlin School of Creative Leadership) is on the model of holistic brands. Prior to starting Big Space he was the National Executive Creative Director of R/GA Australia, JWT Melbourne and Leo Burnett New York.

He has led large scale brand development projects Google, United Nations, WWF, Australian Ethical and Murdoch Childrens Research Institute. As well as sustainability programs for FMCG giants Unilever, Simplot and Kimberly-Clark.

Ross Hastings

Co-founder
/ Managing Director
Ross is the co-founder and MD of the Ne-Lo Group. He keeps himself on the cutting edge of Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology, professionally and academically driven to support organisations to improve the impact they have on the lives of the people they come into contact with. To date, this quest has spanned three continents, working with teams and individuals in business, sport and education and he still loves every minute of it. Outside work, Ross’ passion for exploring human potential doesn’t stop. He enjoy testing himself through various physical exploits and testing others with his dad jokes. Being a proud dad unfortunately gives him an excuse for the latter.

Lex Koen

Director of Design & Technology
Lex is an experienced Designer and Creative Director who splits his time between Zagreb and Vienna. Having worked with brands such as Netflix, Uber, and Amazon, he understands how to build a brand experience across a system of distinctive and non-distinctive touch-points, delivered consistently and at scale. His passion is technology and he enjoys being an active member of an unconventional, award-winning community of technologists. He prides himself on learning about and applying the latest tech, understanding how it might add more value to the work he does for our clients.

Shane has over 10 years of expertise in research and strategic leadership roles focused on educational policy, organisational learning, and digital transformation and is lucky enough to have travelled the world sharing his research findings. He is an experienced board member, Non-Executive Director, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has a particular passion for startups and the future of work, and helping businesses develop and grow their people. He is a prolific supporter of sport - we’re hoping he’ll have something to celebrate soon.

Development Lead
Marjoe is a creative developer with many years of UI, UX and interactive design experience. He enjoys working on both the creative and technical side of building websites, creating digital experiences from wireframes and moodboards on paper all the way to ensuring websites work well on screen. He has worked with various global organisations and artists like Tinnie Tempah and Shein, and UN Climate Change Council. Marjoe’s work has been featured in AWWWARDS and CSS Design Awards among other website recognition platforms.

Head of Content
Alison is a content marketing strategist with over 13 years of experience working with SMEs through to multinationals in this creative and ever-changing field. She has a degree in Psychology which she enjoys utilising to understand online personas, consumer behaviour and emotive purchasing. Her role in the team will be to build out all copy content for the MOJO app, keeping in mind the motivational elements of interactions such as the EP-patient interaction.
